Estonia qualified one female and one male alpine skier through the basic quota, but gave up their female quota.^[4] Hanna Gret Teder qualified, but did not participate due to an injury she got on 17 January.^[5]

Estonia qualified one female and one male cross-country skier through the basic quota.^[8] Following the completion of the 2024–25 FIS Cross-Country World Cup, Estonia qualified a further three female and two male athletes.^[8]After reallocation of declined quotas, Estonia qualified one more female athlete.^[8].
