Yvonne DeLaRosa Green (credited as an actress as Yvonne DeLaRosa; born 1978)[ citation needed ] is an American actress of Colombian descent. [1] She has appeared in film, television, and theater productions.[ citation needed ]
DeLaRosa was born in Los Angeles, California, to a Colombian mother and a Native American father.[ citation needed ] She studied theater and earned a BA in directing and MFA in screenwriting from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television. [2]
DeLaRosa began her acting career in the late 1990s. She appeared in the Fox television pilot Señor White (2003). [3]
In 2007, she appeared in Sweet 15 (Quinceañera) at the San Diego Repertory Theatre. [4]
She performed in CASA 0101's 2010 production of Josefina López's Detained in the Desert. [5]
Her other television credits include guest roles in Strong Medicine (2003), Judging Amy (2005), The King of Queens (2005), The Closer (2005), Crossing Jordan (2006), Shark (2006), Eli Stone (2008), How I Met Your Mother (2008), Los Americans (2011), and Law & Order: LA (2011). DeLaRosa also ran 99 High Tide, a marijuana business in Malibu, California, where she was a key advocate for "Measure G," which legalized the sale and delivery of recreational cannabis by dispensaries in Malibu.
DeLaRosa married filmmaker Sam Boyer IV, a descendant of Samuel Huntington, in Malibu on October 3, 2009. [8] [9] [10] They have one daughter.[ citation needed ]

And Yvonne DeLaRosa has been added to the cast of Fox's comedy pilot "Senor White." DeLaRosa will play the shop manager who runs the lead character's (played by Ron White) pottery business. "Senor White" comes from 20th Century Fox TV and Regency TV.
