"Tyger, Tyger" is a two part episode of the TV series Dr Kildare which featured Yvette Mimieux as an epileptic surfer. It aired in 1964 in season 3. [1] [2]

The title referred to the poem "The Tyger".

The two part episode was hugely popular, leading to the largest amount of fanmail the show had received. At the TV Guide Awards, voted on by more than 500,000 readers of TV Guide, the two-part play was voted the best single show of the season. [3]

Yvette Mimieux and Richard Chamberlain were reteamed in the film Joy of the Morning. [4]
