• 12 January – Seven police officers were killed in a bomb attack on their vehicle in Tank District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. ^[1] The Islamist militant group Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan claimed responsibility for the attack ^[2]
• 15 January – 12 Balochistan Liberation Army militants were killed in an attack on a police station and two banks in Kharan District, Balochistan. ^[3]
• 23 January – Seven people were killed in a suicide bombing at a wedding held at the residence of a community leader in Dera Ismail Khan District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. ^[4]
• 31 January – A series of attacks were carried out by the BLA on multiple locations across Balochistan, leaving 31 civilians, 17 members of the security forces, and 145 attackers dead. ^[5]

• 6 February – At least 31 people were killed in a suicide bombing at a Shiite mosque in Islamabad. ^[6]
