Pental acquired the Bondi Beach soap brand in 2021. [4]

On September 13, 2023, Pental's core brands, except for Duracell and Bondi Beach soap, were bought by Dulux-Selleys Group. [5]

In 2025, Pental was acquired by Dulux-Selleys Group. [6]
