Nelson Royale (ネルソン・ロイヤル, Neruson Roiyaru) is a Marine officer with the rank of Teitoku (提督; an anime-exclusive rank) and commander of the 8th Branch. He is very large, so he is often shown sitting down.[1] Nelson sought the dragon Ryu, intending immortality by his bones.
Nelson Royale is voiced by Junpei Takiguchi in the original Japanese version. In the Funimation dub, he is voiced by Ray Gestaut.
Rapanui Pasqua
Rapanui Pasqua (ラパヌイ・パスクア, Rapanui Pasukua) is a lieutenant commander with a strong finger-flipping talent. In his early life, he and his friends were part of the Pumpkin Pirates on Ruluka until they and Wetton's minion Ian got stuck in the Rainbow Mist where they stayed young. When the Rainbow Mist collapsed, Rapanui and his friends were returned to their own time. By the time they returned to Ruluka, Rapanui and his friends were part of the Navy.
Rapanui Pasqua is voiced by Yukiko Hirotsu as a child in the original Japanese version and by Keiichi Sonobe as an adult in the original Japanese version. In the Funimation dub, he is voiced by Chris Patton.
Barbarossa (バルバロッサ, Barubarossa): The captain of the Barbar Pirates. After a bad encounter with Luffy and his friends after meeting them, he quickly becomes friends with them when he sees that they are pirates like him.[2] Barbarossa is voiced by Chō in the original Japanese version, David Brimmer in the 4Kids dub, and by Jeremy Inman in the Funimation dub.
Rasa (ラサ): The navigator of the Barbar Pirates. In the past, Rasa lived in a small oasis village called Melias that's located in Yuba before it was buried in sand and abandoned. After which, she lost faith in the Nefeltari family to help the kingdom prosper.[2] Rasa is voiced by Miki Nagasawa in the original Japanese version, Caren Lyn Tackett in the 4Kids dub, and by Trina Nishimura in the Funimation dub.
Zaba (ザバ): A member of the Barbar pirates. He thinks more logically and is shown more calmer than many of his crewmates.[2] Zaba is voiced by Shinichiro Ohta in the original Japanese version and by Phil Parsons in the Funimation dub.

Mashikaku: A large and rectangular man. Mashikaku is voiced by Mike McFarland in the Funimation dub.
Chiqicheetah: A crew member whose unnamed Devil Fruit enables him to turn into a cheetah and a cheetah-human hybrid. Chiqicheetah is voiced by Hiroshi Tsuchida in the original Japanese version and by Jessie James Grelle in the Funimation dub.
Jube: A squid-type fish-man. Jube is voiced by Hirohiko Kakegawa in the original Japanese version and by Charles Baker in the Funimation dub.

The Amigo Pirates are a crew allied with Shiki who tried to attack the Little East Blue.
Largo (ラルゴ, Rarugo): The captain of the Amigo Pirates, an ally of Shiki, and the main antagonist of the Little East Blue Arc. He ate the Net-Net Fruit which enables him to create nets out of a sticky material. Llargo is voiced by Wataru Takagi in the original Japanese version and by Leraldo Anzaldua in the Funimation dub.
Corto (コルト, Koruto): The brother of Largo and a member of the Amigo Pirates. He dresses like a luchador. Corto is voiced by Hisao Egawa in the original Japanese version and by Ricco Fajardo in the Funimation dub.
Breed
Breed (ブリード, Burīdo) is the captain of the Breed Pirates and the main antagonist of the Caesar Retrieval Arc. He ate the Pet-Pet Fruit, which enables him to produce a green gel that can be used to make collars that control whoever they are placed on. Breed's crew engineered a mutiny, which led to Breed having to form a new crew by enslaving the Sea Animal Pirates led by a Kung-Fu Dugong. Breed planned to used the captive Caesar Clown to make SMILE Fruits for him by having him abducted from the Straw Hat Crew's ship following the departure from Dressrosa. His plans were thwarted by Luffy who freed the Kung-Fu Dugong.

Daddy Masterson (ダディ・マスターソン, Dadi Masutāson): Also known as "Daddy the Father" (子連れのダディ, Kozure no Dadi), Daddy Masterson is a retired member of the Navy who now works as a bounty hunter in Loguetown. Usopp faces him in a sniper duel. He is also a former rival of Yasopp.[3] He is voiced by Tōru Furuya in the original Japanese version and by Travis Willingham in the Funimation dub.
Carol (キャロル, Kyaroru): A young girl who is Daddy Masterson's daughter.[3] He is voiced by Konami Yoshida in the original Japanese version and by Cherami Leigh in the Funimation dub.
Carmen (カルメン, Karumen): A skilled cook with the style of a flamenco dancer. She faces Sanji in Loguetown's Cooking Competition.[4] Carmen is voiced by Asako Dodo in the original Japanese version. In the 4Kids dub, she is voiced by Eva Kaminsky in the 4Kids dub. In the Funimation dub, she is voiced by Brina Palencia in the Funimation dub.
Warship Island
Apis (アピス, Apisu): A young girl who befriends the Straw Hat Crew.[1] She ate the Whisper-Whisper Fruit which gives her the ability to talk with animals and understand them. This ability helped her take care of a dragon named Ryu.[5] She is voiced by Masami Suzuki in the original Japanese version, by Chio Su-Ping in the Odex dub, and by Brittney Karbowski in the Funimation dub.
Ryu (リュウ, Ryū): Also named "Grandpa Ryu" (リュウ爺, Ryū-ji), he is a species of dragon known as Millennial Dragon (千年竜, Sen'nen-ryū) who Apis cared for on Warship Island.[5]
Scorpion (スコーピオン, Sukōpion): A retired bounty hunter who resides in the Badland area of Alabasta. In his bounty hunter work, Scorpion wielded different weapons and gear like his Prescorraci Rifle which can shoot acid (which got changed to foam in the 4Kids dub), a strong bomb, and a steel net. Scorpion tried to target Portgas D. Ace upon hearing that he had defeated Blackbeard and tried to claim the bounty only to call off his attacks after Ace saved his sons from a landslide.[6] Scorpion is voiced by Jūrōta Kosugi in the original Japanese version and by Kent Williams in the Funimation dub.
Chip and Dip (チップ, ディップ, Chippu, Deippu): Two kids who are the sons of Scorpion. They were present in their father's hunt for Portgas D. Ace and were saved from a landslide by Ace.[6] Chip and Dip are voiced by Tomoko Kaneda and Haruhi Terada in the original Japanese version respectively. In the 4Kids dub, they are voiced by Matthew Nichols and Michael Sinterniklaas respectively. In the Funimation dub, Chip and Dip are voiced by Kate Oxley and Sean Michael Teague respectively.
Ruluka (ルルカ, Ruruka-tō) is an anime-exclusive island that is known for having the Rainbow Mist and its Ape's Concert sub-dimension in it.
Wetton (ウェットン, Wetton): The former leader of the Wetton Pirates who sacked Ruluka and inserted himself as its mayor. In battle, he wields a mecha suit called a Flame Suit. After the collapse of the Rainbow Mist, Wetton was defeated by Sanji and a mature Rapanui Pasqua where he was arrested by Pasqua's Marine crew. Wetton is voiced by Jouji Nakata in the original Japanese version. In the English dub, he is voiced by Bob D'Haene in the 4Kids dub and by Vic Mignogna in the Funimation dub.
Flip (フリップ, Furippu): The son of Wetton who leads the Collection Party on Ruluka. In battle, he wields a bazooka. After the collapse of the Rainbow Mist, Flip was defeated by Sanji and Tony Tony Chopper and arrested by a mature Rapanui Pasqua's Marine crew. Flip is voiced by Hisao Egawa in the original Japanese version. In the English dub, Flip is voiced by Phil Parsons in the Funimation dub.
Lake (レイク, Reiku): The son of Flip and the grandson of Wetton who leads the Dynamo Party on Ruluka. In battle, he wields a mecha suit called an Electric Suit. At one point, Lake was mistaken for Wetton by Wetton's long-lost minion Ian. After the collapse of the Rainbow Mist, Lake was defeated by Roronoa Zora and Nico Robin and arrested by a mature Rapanui Pasqua's Marine crew. Lake is voiced by Tetsu Inada in the original Japanese version. In the English dub, Lake is voiced by Tom Wayland in the 4Kids dub and by Vic Mignogna in the Funimation dub.
Ian (イアン, Ian): A member of the Wetton Pirates who got trapped in the Rainbow Mist with Rapanui Pasqua and his Pumpkin Pirates. He is later freed from the Rainbow Mist. Upon making his way back to Ruluka, he mistook Lake as Wetton until Wetton corrected him. After the collapse of the Rainbow Mist, Ian is arrested by a mature Pasqua's Marine crew. Ian is voced by Masaya Takatsuka in the original Japanese version. In the English dub, Ian is voiced by Ian Sinclair in the Funimation dub.
Henzo (ヘンゾ, Henzo): An elderly scientist on Ruluka. As a child, he was a friend of Rapanui Pasqua and his Pumpkin Pirates until they and Wetton's minion Ian got trapped in the Rainbow Mist. As an adult, he received funding from Wetton on researching the Rainbow Mist. Though Wetton, Flip, and Lake caused problems by holding Henzo's research accountable for Ruluka's financial problems. He accompanied Luffy, Nico Robin, and Usopp into the Rainbow Mist and ended up in the Ape's Concert, where he was reunited with the Pumpkin Pirates. After the collapse of the Rainbow Mist, Henzo was reunited with his old friends in their adult forms that now work for the Marines as they arrest Wetton, Flop, Lake, and Ian. Following the Straw Hat Crew's departure, Ruluka's citizens allowed Henzo not to end his research on the Rainbow Mist just in case it appears again. Henzo is voiced by Chō in the original Japanese version while his child appearance was voiced by Masumi Kageyama. In the English dub, he is voiced by Eric Stuart in the 4Kids dub while the Funimation dub had him voiced by R. Bruce Elliott as an adult and by Luci Christian as a child.
The Collection Party (徴収隊, Chōshū-tai): A tax-collecting group led by Flip. They go around collecting the taxes. Following the arrest of Wetton, Flip, and Lake, the Collection Party was disbanded.
The Dynamo Team (ダイナモ部隊, Dainamo Butai): A group charged with pumping power into the mecha suits worn by Wetton and Lake. Following the arrest of Wetton, Flip, and Lake, the Dynamo Team was disbanded.

Banban (バンバン): An old man who works as the chef of a small restaurant in a little boat. When he was young, he was good friends with Zeff. After Sanji is impressed with the good taste of his food, Banban shows him that it is thanks to the special salt that was left by the Aqua Laguna.[9]
Hyokaido
Hyokaido (氷街道, Hyōkaidō) is an anime-exclusive location in Paradise that was visited by the Straw Hat Crew following their visit to Water 7. It is a frigid land with moving icebergs.
Accino (アッチーノ, Atchīno): A bounty hunter, the leader of a family of bounty hunters called the Accino Family, and the main antagonist of the Ice Hunter Arc. He ate the Hot-Hot Fruit which enables him to raise his body temperature with his highest temperature being 10,000 degrees. Accino is voiced by Tomomichi Nishimura in the original Japanese version and by Ray Gestaut in the Funimation dub.
Campacino (カンパチーノ, Kanpachīno): A buff man who is the first son of Accino and a member of the Accino Family. He has more authority over the family business than the rest of his siblings. Campacino is voiced by Taiki Matsuno in the original Japanese version and by Chris Rager in the Funimation dub.
Brindo (ブリンド, Burindo): A buff man who is the second son of Accino, the twin brother of Campacino, and a member of the Accino Family. He can perform a Combination Play move with Campacino. Brindo is voiced by Kōichi Tōchika in the original Japanese version and by Chris Rager in the Funimation dub.
Hockera (ホッケラ, Hokkera): The third son of Accino and a member of the Accino Family. He dresses like a hockey player and is the trickster of the group. Hockera is voiced by Takuma Suzuki in the original Japanese version and by Zach Bolton in the Funimation dub.
Arbell (アルベル, Aruberu): The first daughter of Accino and a member of the Accino Family. She is a figure skate. Arbell is voiced by Yūko Nagashima in the original Japanese version and by Carli Mosier in the Funimation dub.

Little East Blue (リトル・イーストブルー, Ritoru Īsuto Burū) is an anime-exclusive island that is inhabited by settlers from East Blue.
Fabre (ファブル, Faburu): A stout older man who is the Mayor of Little East Blue. Fabre is voiced by Yasuo Muramatsu in the original Japanese version and by Bradley Campbell in the Funimation dub.
Yoko (ヨーコ, Yōko): A young girl who takes up the job of her deceased father Ryudo as the protector of the Little East Blue. She wears a Navy cape and cap, which belonged to her father. After she met Boss, she became friends with the beetle and they have been protecting Little East Blue ever since.[10] Yoko is voiced by Mari Yaguchi in the original Japanese version and by Mikaela Krantz in the Funimation dub.
Boss (ボス, Bosu): A gigantic Kaen Kabuto who was a creation of Dr. Indigo made only for the destruction of East Blue, but escaped to the Little East Blue were after befriending Yoko. He protects the island along with her.[10] Originally having a brown exoskeleton while trying to save Little East Blue from the Amigo Pirates, his skin suddenly starts to shed and his appearance changed to a dark blue color and bigger size.[11]

Tobio (トビオ): A young boy who wanted to find the legendary pirate Woonan and the grandson of Ganzo. Tobio is voiced by Yuka Imai in the original Japanese version.
Ganzo (岩蔵, Ganzō): Tobio's grandfather who works as a chef at an oden stand in the sea. In his youth, he was a friend of Woonan. Ganzo is voiced by Takeshi Aono in the original Japanese version while Taiki Matsuno voices him in his youth.
Eldoraggo Pirates (エルドラゴ海賊団, Erudorago Kaizoku-dan) are a pirate crew from the East Blue which consists of:
Eldoraggo (エルドラゴ, Erudorago): The captain of the Eldoraggo Pirates and the main antagonist of One Piece: The Movie. He has an obsession with gold and ate the Scream-Scream Fruit which enables him to generate sonic screams.[12] Eldoraggo is voiced by Kenji Utsumi in the original Japanese version.

The Hyena Three (ハイエナ三人衆, Haiena San'ninshū): A group whose three members are Danny (ダニー, Danī), Denny (デニー, Denī), and Donny (ドニー, Donī), originally appearing as subordinates of Eldoraggo in One Piece: The Movie. After Eldoraggo's defeat, the Hyena Three later appear in Clockwork Island Adventure as members of the Trump Pirates. Woonan (ウーナン, Ūnan): A legendary pirate who amassed great wealth in his lifetime, which led him to be known as the "Great Gold Pirate" (黄金の大海賊, Ōgon no Dai Kaizoku). In his youth, he was friends with Ganzo with whom he argued because while Ganzo dreamed of cooking oden, he wanted to live adventures. Woonan is voiced by Nachi Nozawa in the original Japanese version, while Takeshi Kusao voices him in his youth.
Borodo (ボロード, Borōdo): A thief and the adoptive brother of Akisu. He ends up allying with the Straw Hat Crew to defeat the Trump Pirates. Borodo is voiced by Kenyu Horiuchi in the original Japanese version.
Akisu (アキース, Akīsu): A young boy who was adopted by Borodo as his little brother when he found him as a baby, and who works as a thief alongside him. Akisu is voiced by Akiko Yajima in the original Japanese version.
The Trump Pirates (トランプ兄弟), whose officers are known as the Trump Siblings (トランプ兄弟, Toranpu Kyōdai), are a pirate crew from the East Blue themed after animals and playing cards. They consists of:
Bear King (ベアキング, Bea Kingu): The leader of the Trump Pirates, the ruler of Clockwork Island, and the main antagonist of Clockwork Island Adventure who wears a teddy bear-like hat. He ate the Hard-Hard Fruit which enables him to harden up his body and raise his body temperature.[12] Bear King is voiced by Tesshō Genda in the original Japanese version.
Honey Queen (ハニークィーン, Hanī Kuīn): A bee-themed member of the Trump Pirates and part of the Trump Siblings. She ate the Liquid-Liquid Fruit which enables her to generate, control, and become an unknown liquid. Unlike the other Logia Devil Fruit users, Honey Queen leaves her clothes behind when she uses her powers.[13] Honey Queen is voiced by Megumi Hayashibara in the original Japanese version.
Pin Joker (ピンジョーカー, Pin Jōkā): A jester-dressed kiwi-themed swordsman and member of the Trump Siblings who holds a grudge against Roronoa Zoro due to being defeated by him in the past. Pin Joker is voiced by Hideyuki Tanaka in the original Japanese version.
Boo Jack (ブージャック, Būjakku): A fat pig-themed member of the Trump Siblings. Boo jack is voiced by Isamu Tanonaka in the original Japanese version.

Shuraiya Bascùd (シュライヤ・バスクード, Shuraiya Basukūdo): A bounty hunter who temporarily joins the Gasparde Pirates with the intention of taking revenge on Gasparde because he killed his family in the past. Shuraiya is voiced by Mitsuru Miyamoto in the original Japanese version.

Biera (ビエラ): An old man who works as the stoker for the boiler on Gasparde's ship. He was forced to take this job to protect himself and Adelle, to whom he is very close, with her calling him "Grandpa". Biera is voiced by Ichiro Nagai in the original Japanese version.
Willy (ウィリー, Wirī): An orca-type fish-man and the captain of a crew of fish-men who competed in the Dead End Race. It is said that in the past, he was a rival of Arlong. Willy is voiced by Jūrōta Kosugi in the original Japanese version.

Episode of Chopper Plus: Bloom in Winter, Miracle Sakura
Musshuru (ムッシュール, Musshūru): The secondary antagonist of Episode of Chopper Plus: Bloom in Winter, Miracle Sakura and the older brother of Wapol. He ate the Shroom-Shroom Fruit which enables him to release and control poisonous spores from his body which can be countered by an antidote and fire.[12] Musshuru is voiced by Monta Mino in the original Japanese version.
Billy (ビリー, Birī): A giant yellow duck/peafowl hybrid with electrical feathers who was created by Dr. Indigo. He later helped Luffy in the final battle against Shiki. Billy was later seen in One Piece: Stampede attending the pirates festival on Delta Island. Billy's vocal effects are provided by Yasuhiro Takato in the original Japanese version and by Jessie James Grelle in the Funimation dub.
Golden Lion Pirates (金獅子海賊団, Kinjishi Kaizokudan) are a pirate crew established by Shiki and travel around on the Island Ship. Besides Shiki, they consist of:
Indigo (インディゴ, Indigo): A scientist and member of the Golden Pirates who created the mutant animals that work for Shiki by making use of drug called SIQ that was derived from the IQ plant which makes their brains evolve. He was also responsible for creating Boss. It took Indigo 20 years to build the Mutated Animnal Army using SIQ as seen in Chapter 0. Indigo is voiced by Ryūsei Nakao in the original Japanese version and by Sean Schemmel in the Funimation dub.
Scarlet (スカーレット, Sukāretto): A purple-red gorilla of indeterminate background and member of the Golden Pirates. Scarlet's vocal effects are provided by Banjō Ginga in the original Japanese version and by Bryan Massey in the Funimation dub.

Hippo Iron (ヒポアイアン, Hipo Aian): A pink hippopotamus with a long tail, a pig-like snout, and long tusks.
Ikahula (イカフラ, Ikafura): A giant squid-like creature.

Meteor Ibex (メテオ･アイベックス, Meteo Aibekkusu): A large-horned ibex with zebra-like stripes on his back.
Miyami Emperor (ミヤマ･エンペラー, Miyama Enperā): A large stag beetle with horizontal white stripes.
Monkey Trooper (モンキートルーパー, Monkī Torūpā): A monkey who fights with weapons.

Tsujigiri Itachi (辻斬りイタチ, Killer Weasel): A giant weasel who carries a scythe made from the leaf of a Sword Tree.
Xiao (シャオ, Shao): A girl who lives in Merveille. Like the other inhabitants, she is seen holding feathers in her arms. After being rescued by Zoro and Chopper from being attacked by mutated animals, they take Xiao back to her village with her family. Xiao is voiced by Wasabi Mizuta in the original Japanese version and by Lindsay Seidel in the Funimation dub.[14]
Schneider (シュナイダー, Shunaidā): The captain of the Schneider Pirates who operates in Paradise. Schneider is voiced by Tomomitsu Yamaguchi in the original Japanese version.
Buzz (バズ, Bazu): The pet bulldog of Schneider. He ate the Bird-Bird Fruit: Model Eagle, which enables him to turn into an eagle or an eagle-bulldog form resembling a Simurgh. Buzz's vocal effects are provided by Tomomitsu Tamaguchi in the original Japanese version.

The Neo Marines (NEO海軍, Neo Kaigun) are an organization founded by former members of the Marines which includes:
Z (ゼット, Zetto): Formerly known by his birth name and epithet "Black Arm" Zephyr (黒腕のゼファー, Kokuwan no Zefā), Z is the Supreme Commander of the Neo Marines with a cybernetic right arm. He is a former Marine Admiral and instructor. In the past, a pirate who hated him murdered his wife and son. Years later, another pirate cut off his arm and massacred his entire crew except Ain and Binz, after which he was granted a mechanical arm. During the time of the series' timeskip, after learning that the pirate who cut off his arm was offered to join the Seven Warlords of the Sea, it caused Zephyr to resign from the Marines and found his own organization to wipe out pirates. After being defeated by Luffy, Z sacrifices his own life to give Luffy time to get away from Kizaru's Marine force and to protect his remaining followers.[12] In the original Japanese version, Z is voiced by Hōchū Ōtsuka, while Masami Suzuki voices him in his youth. In the Funimation dub, Z is voiced by Jeremy Schwartz, while Tia Ballard voices him in his youth.[15]
Ain (アイン, Ain): The vice-admiral of the Neo Marines and the major antagonist of One Piece Film: Z after briefly being seen in a filler episode during the Dressrosa arc. She ate the Return-Return Fruit which enables her to return anyone she touches to their child state. Ain is voiced by Rumi Kasahara in the original Japanese version of the anime and by Ryōko Shinohara in the original Japanese version of One Piece Film: Z. In the Funimation dub, she is voiced by Lauren Landa.
Binz (ビンズ, Binzu): An officer of the Neo Marines. He ate the Grow-Grow Fruit which enables him to speed up the growth of plant life. Binz is voiced by Teruyuki Kagawa in the original Japanese version and by Matthew Mercer in the Funimation dub.

Gild Tesoro (ギルド・テゾーロ, Girudo Tezōro): The ruler of the metropolitan ship Gran Tesoro and the main antagonist of One Piece Film: Gold. He ate the Gold-Gold Fruit which enables him to manipulate gold.[12] Gild Tesoro is voiced by Kazuhiro Yamaji as an adult in the original Japanese version and by Takahiro Sakurai as a young man in the original Japanese version. In the English dub, he is voiced by Keith Silverstein as an adult, Dallas Reid as a young man, and Katy Tye as a child.
Carina (カリーナ, Karīna): Nicknamed "Phantom Thief" (怪盗, Kaitō), Carina is a thief who worked as a songstress in Gran Tesoro, plotting to steal its riches. In the past, she and Nami were competing thieves in the East Blue, being called "Hellcat" (女狐, Megitsune; lit. "Vixen") by her. After helping the Straw Hat Crew overthrow Gild Tesoro, Carina takes command of Gran Tesoro. Carina is voiced by Hikari Mitsushima in the original Japanese version and by Michele Knotz in the Funimation dub.
Tanaka (タナカさん, Tanaka): The security guard on Gran Tesoro. He ate the Through-Through Fruit which enables him to phase through solid objects. Tanaka is voiced by Gaku Hamada in the original Japanese version and by Daman Mills in the Funimation dub.
Dice (ダイス, Daisu): A thickset executive, dealer, and masochist on Gran Tesoro who is a champion of the death matches. Dice is voiced by Kendo Kobayashi in the original Japanese version and by Tyson Rinehart in the Funimation dub.
Baccarat (バカラ, Bakara): The concierge on Gran Tesoro who works for Gild Tesoro. She ate the Luck-Luck Fruit which enables her to steal the good luck of anyone she touches. Baccarat is voiced by Nanao in the original Japanese version and by Amber Lee Connors in the Funimation dub.
Raise Max (レイズ・マックス, Reizu Makkusu): A member of the Revolutionary Army, nicknamed as the "Legendary Gambler" (伝説のギャンブラー, Densetsu no Gyanburā), who after visiting Gran Tesoro experienced a huge loss causing him to be imprisoned in a giant chamber filled with gold. Raise Max is voiced by Kin'ya Kitaōji in the original Japanese version and by Garrett Schenck in the Funimation dub.
Douglas Bullet (ダグラス・バレット, Dagurasu Baretto): A former Roger Pirates member and the main antagonist of One Piece: Stampede. He ate the Clank-Clank Fruit which enables him to disassemble and reassemble any objects into whatever he can think of.[12][16] Douglas Bullet is voiced by Tsutomo Isobe in the original Japanese version and by Daman Mills in the Funimation dub.[17]
Buena Festa (ブエナ・フェスタ, Buena Fesuta): Is the promoter of the Pirates Festival, which he organized along with Douglas Bullet in order to bring an end to the Great Age of Pirates and start his own era.[16] Buena Festa is voiced by Yūsuke Santamaria in the original Japanese version and by Mick Wingert in the Funimation dub.[17]
Ann (アン, An): A pop music singer who was born on Tongari Island. She ate the Vision-Vision Fruit which enables her to create illusions of any pictures that she touches. Ann is voiced by Rino Sashihara in the original Japanese version and by Macy Ann Johnson in the Funimation dub.[17] In the One Piece Live Attraction: Phantom, she is portrayed by Saori Hayami.
Uta (ウタ, Uta): A world-famous singer who was the adopted daughter of Red-Haired Shanks, childhood friend of Monkey D. Luffy and the main antagonist of One Piece Film: Red. She ate the Sing-Sing Fruit which enables her singing to send anyone's consciousness to a virtual space that she calls "Uta World". Uta is voiced by Kaori Nazuka in the original Japanese version and by AmaLee in the Funimation dub. Ado provided Uta's singing voice in both versions of the film.[18]
The following are characters who appear in the RPG video game One Piece: Great Hidden Treasure of the Nanatsu Islands:
Simon (サイモン, Saimon): The leader of the Simon Pirates and the main antagonist of One Piece: Great Hidden Treasure of the Nanatsu Islands. He ate the Paper-Paper Fruit which enables him to generate, control, and become paper.[13] During a fight with the Straw Hat Crew, Simon would get eaten by the ancient monster Shushibaruba and assume the form that resembles him. When Shushibaruba was destroyed, it can be assumed that Simon died as well.
Ocean's Dream!
The following are characters who appear in the RPG video game One Piece: Ocean's Dream! which served as the inspiration to the anime-exclusive "Ocean's Dream Arc":
Noko (ノコ, Noko): A seahorse who ate the Sleep-Sleep Fruit which enables him to trap people in a dream world and steal their memories while they slept enough to grow larger. Noko was sent flying far way to the sky by Luffy's attack. Noko is voiced by Keiichi Sonobe in the original Japanese version of the anime and by Cris George in the Funimation dub of the anime.
Drim (ドリム, Dorimu): A boy who was controlled by Noko. When Luffy defeated Noko, Drim lost all memory of Noko and reunited with his mother. Drim is voiced by Chinami Nishimura in the original Japanese version of the anime and by Mary Morgan in the Funimation dub of the anime.
Gaburi (ガブリ): Is an animated Orb, brought to life by the Great Tree, who accompanies the Straw Hats on their journey. In The Treasure Beneath the Waves, Gaburi appears as a small demon, while in Awakening of a Hero, he returns in an angelic form. Gaburi is voiced by Rie Kugimiya in the original Japanese version.[19]
Doom Guardian (裁きの番人, Sabaki no Ban'nin): Is an entity created by the Great Tree by transforming Gaburi, whom the Straw Hats confront in The Treasure Beneath the Waves. It later returns in Awakening of a Hero, were it is transformed into the Demon of Doom (滅びの鬼神, Horobi no Kijin), being more powrful.
Patrick Redfield (パトリック・レッドフィールド, Patorikku Reddofīrudo): Also known just as Red (レッド, Reddo), is a pirate who appears as the main antagonist of Unlimited World Red. Patrick consumed the Bat-Bat Fruit: Model Vampire which enables him to transform into a vampire, fly, and drain the life force out of others. When Luffy defeats Patrick, he returns the life forces to his victims and allows the Straw Hat Crew to leave. Patrick Redfield is voiced by Masachika Ichimura in the original Japanese version of the video game's normal version and by Kazuhiro Yamaji in the original Japanese version of the video game's deluxe version.[20]
Pato (パト, Pato): A pen owned by Patrick Redfield that "ate" the Dog-Dog Fruit: Model Bake-danuki, which enables it to transform into a bake-danuki and create illusionary clones. Pato is voiced by Tarako in the original Japanese version.[21]
One Piece Odyssey
The following characters appear in the video game One Piece Odyssey:
Lim (リム, Rimu): A mysterious girl that lives on Waford, with special abilities that allow her to materialize others' skills and power as cubes whenever she touches someone. Lim is voiced by Marika Kōno in the original Japanese version.[22]
Adio Suerte (アディオ゠スエルテ, Adio Suerute): The main antagonist of One Piece Odyssey and the last member of the Wandering Clan from the former sky island Waford. He ate the Grab-Grab Fruit which enables him to summon large gauntlets to grab and control anything. Adio Suerte is voiced by Masaya Matsukaze in the original Japanese version.[22]
