Career

Talha joined the 15th batch of Bangladesh Civil Service in the foreign affairs cadre. [3]

In 2010, Talha was the chief of protocol of the Foreign Ministry. [4]

Talha had served in the Permanent Mission of Bangladesh to the United Nations. [5] He served as the deputy high commissioner of Bangladesh to the United Kingdom. [6] He was the director general for East Asia and Pacific Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. [7]

In September 2021, Talha was appointed ambassador of Bangladesh to France. [3]
