"Eins, zwei, drei" is a song by British electronic musician,Sam Battle (known better as Look Mum No Computer) released and announced on 6 March 2026 on The Scott Mills Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2. [1] In an internal selection, this song was chosen to represent the United Kingdom in the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. [2]
The song shows the struggles of modern day work, the artist states that he wants a language he can count in to make himself feel better. That leads to the chorus where he repeats the German words "eins, zwei, drei" (translating to "one, two, three").
The song is played on a modular synthesizer (made by the artist) at a pace of 127 bpm.
The song was announced as the United Kingdom's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 on the 6th March 2026,the same day the single was released with the announcement of the song being shown on the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel and also being aired during the The Scott Mills Breakbast Show on BBC Radio 2 where Scott Mills would chat to Sam Battle about the release of this new single and his participation in the contest this year.
The music video [3] starts off with Look Mum No Computer at a desk with a lot of cables. The scene is set in a room. On the wall left of Look Mum No Computer shows three wall clocks, below each one of them are telephones. These are labelled after cities. One after Berlin,Germany, another one after Ramsgate,UK (the location of his museum) and the last one after Vienna,Austria as the host city of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. [4]
