Du Qinglin [a] (born November 1946 in Panshi,Jilin City,Jilin) is a politician of the People's Republic of China. He formerly served as vice chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC),and a Secretary of the Secretariat of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). From 2007 and 2012 he served as the head of the United Front Work Department of CCP Central Committee. [1]
