Boulder Bridge is a Grade II listed building in Penistone, South Yorkshire, England. [1] [2] The area is synonymous with a number of large scrap yards that specialise, for the most part, in recycling cars and commercial vehicles, mainly buses. The environmental impact of the burning of vehicles is contentious. The area is the biggest commercial vehicle recycling base in the United Kingdom [ citation needed ] and is located between the small villages of Shafton and Carlton.
