Bill Shannon (born 1970) is an American artist who resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Shannon holds a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. ^[1] Born with a degenerative hip condition, ^[2] he developed a way to express himself through dance and skateboarding on crutches.
