The 42nd Reconnaissance Escadrille (Polish : 42 Eskadra Rozpoznawcza) was a unit of the Polish Air Force active at the onset of World War II. It was assigned to the Pomorze Army, and played a role in aerial reconnaissance during the Invasion of Poland in 1939.
