It is impossible to verify that this place exists, whether under this name or a different transcription. There are no coordinates and no native-language name with which to search. Checking NamesGaz gives no hits for Kawnro. It does show approximately 30 settlements in Kachin State, Myanmar, with names that start with "Kawn", but it's impossible to know which of these this is intended to represent, if any. I find hits in atlases from the 90s, but none are precise enough to provide actual coordinates, and none give any actual detail about this name which would allow it to be moved or redirected to the correct name. (proposed by Premeditated Chaos )
