Elanor Boekholt-O'Sullivan (born 23 February 1976) is an Irish-born Dutch military officer and politician of the Democrats 66 (D66). Since 2022,she has served as deputy Director-General for Policy of the Ministry of Defence. [1] She previously served as Commander of the Defence Cyber Command from 2018 to 2020,and as deputy Commander of the Royal Netherlands Air Force from 2020 to 2022. [2] In February 2026,she was nominated for the position of Minister for Housing and Spatial Planning in the incoming Jetten cabinet. [3]
