- 2009–10 NBA season, featuring the Los Angeles Lakers defeating the Boston Celtics in 2010 NBA Finals in seven games to secure back-to-back titles. This was Kobe Bryant's fifth and final NBA championship. LeBron James won his second of four regular season MVP awards and 2009–10 was James’ final year of his first stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers. This was Stephen Curry's rookie season, as well as James Harden. This was also Allen Iverson’s final season in the NBA.
- 2010–11 NBA season, featuring the Dallas Mavericks defeating the Miami Heat in 2011 NBA Finals, 4–2, and Dirk Nowitzki's lone NBA championship. 2010–11 was LeBron James’ first year as a member of the Miami Heat. Derrick Rose won his lone regular season MVP award.
